ikkatsup publishes videos to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram at the time you choose. You review the content and choose its visibility first; only what you confirm is sent to each platform. When it is sent depends on each platform’s method.

How it works

  1. Connect the accounts you publish toAn administrator connects YouTube, TikTok and Instagram accounts on each platform’s own consent screen. A connection can be removed at any time.
  2. Register a video and its textIn the admin console, upload the finished video, then enter its title, caption and hashtags, the time to publish, and the settings for each destination. What you enter is saved as a draft until you confirm.
  3. Review and confirmPreview the video, choose visibility and other settings, then confirm. Nothing is sent to a platform until you confirm.
  4. Check the resultEvery reservation shows whether it was published, failed or canceled, with the reason when it failed.

What it does

  • Scheduled publishing to many accounts. One video is registered once and published to connected YouTube, TikTok and Instagram accounts.
  • Review before publishing. The person publishing previews the video and chooses visibility, whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed, and commercial-content disclosure.
  • Results in one place. See the outcome per account, and the reason for any failure.
  • Participants and accounts. Administrators invite participants and connect or disconnect accounts.

Who uses it

ikkatsup is a service that multiple organizations can use. Each organization (tenant) has its own independent workspace, and organizations are admitted by invitation from the operator. An organization’s administrator invites participants by email address, and each organization connects its own social accounts. One organization’s data is never visible to another.

Your data

ikkatsup stores the identifiers and display names of connected accounts, encrypted authorization credentials, the videos and text you register, publishing results, and the email addresses used to log in. Only content you have confirmed is sent to a platform.
